These Terms along with your acceptance of our quotation provided to you, form an agreement between us for the supply of an Archgola and Services. Nothing in the Terms and Conditions of Trade is intended to exclude the Purchaser’s statutory rights, including those available to consumers under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
