Shade and Shelter at Trident
The Trident High School had a quad area that was covered around all sides with existing buildings, however had no roof to protect the students from the Rain and Sun. The school didn’t want to darken the area as it is an area where the students congregated utilizing the existing seating daily.

The request was even though they wanted it covered they still required good airflow to avoid the area becoming too hot underneath. The area was very large so the school required a roofing system that was strong to address the high winds that sometimes occur in the BOP region.
Archgola accommodated the school by Installing the canopies in the school holidays to avoid any disruption through noise and most of all Health & Safety of the students and teachers.

Trident High school canteen area was lacking a seating area for the students, the requirement was to provide a substantial community space where the students could congregate while having lunch.
The Archgola was positioned to maximise shade cover and a chosen roof material that would maintain the light underneath.
