The Archgola® Warranty
All Archgola® canopies have been designed by a certified structural engineer and are installed by our trained, authorised experts.
Archgola® provides a limited ten (10) year warranty in relation to canopy products (The Archgola® Warranty). All Canopy Products installed by us carry a full five (5) year product and workmanship warranty from the date of completion of construction.
After five (5) years – but under eight (8) years – you will be required to pay 40% of the full market price of a replacement canopy and/or parts, plus all labour costs required to complete the necessary repairs.
After eight (8) years – but under ten (10) years – you will be required to pay 80% of the full market price of a replacement canopy and/or parts, plus all labour costs required to complete the necessary repairs. We guarantee our workmanship and the structural integrity of all materials used in the construction of our canopies for a period of five years from the date of invoice.
Powder Coat Finish
This durable finish is resistant to chipping and wear. We guarantee the powder-coated finish on your Archgola® will remain in good condition, provided the simple cleaning guidelines are followed to maintain its appearance and longevity.
The Archgola® limited ten (10) year warranty applies.

Roofing
We use premium polycarbonate roofing from trusted manufacturers to ensure superior performance.
Classic Canopies (Polycarbonate Laserlite® Greca)
This roofing comes with a manufacturer warranty covering 30 years against loss of light transmission and 16 years against weather and hail breakage.
LINEAR Canopies (5mm Polycarbonate)
This roofing comes with a manufacturer warranty covering 25 years against loss of light transmission and 15 years against hail breakage.
Outdoor Blinds
EziGuide™ Blinds
These systems come with a five-year limited warranty on the blinds and gearbox, plus a five (5) year warranty on the aluminium channels and their powder-coated finish.
Providing the ongoing Archgola® Product Care Guide is strictly adhered to, both the blind and the gearbox carry a two (2) year full warranty.
The five (5) year limited warranty applies between two (2) and five (5) years; during this period you will be required to pay 70% of the full market price of a replacement blind and/or parts, plus all labour costs required to complete the necessary repairs.
Ziptrak® Blinds
These systems are covered by a two-year manufacturers warranty on all components.
Specific fabrics, such as Mesh, may carry their own extended manufacturer warranties.
Warranty limitations and exclusions

Our comprehensive warranty covers defects in our materials and workmanship, giving you peace of mind in your investment.
However, it’s important to understand what isn’t covered. Our warranty obligations do not apply to damage caused by the following:
General Wear & Tear
This includes normal wear, superficial marks, or natural corrosion that doesn’t impact the product’s structural integrity or performance.
Improper Maintenance
Failure to follow the required cleaning schedule as outlined in our Product Care Guide. This is the most important step to protect your warranty.
Incorrect Cleaning Products
Use of harsh, abrasive, or unapproved chemical or spirit-based cleaners that damage the powder-coated or polycarbonate surfaces.
Accidents, Misuse, or Alterations
Accidental damage, vandalism, misuse of the product, or any alterations made without approval.
Environmental & External Factors
Damage from bird droppings, insects, foliage, algae growth, or pre-existing structural/ground issues with your property.
Third-Party Work
Any alterations, repairs, or re-installations performed by someone other than an authorised Archgola® Expert installer.

We use the highest quality materials, including NZ steel formed in our own precision tube mill, to ensure your Archgola® is built to last.

To ensure your warranty remains valid and to extend the life of your Archgola® product, a simple maintenance program is essential. Regular cleaning removes environmental residue and keeps your canopy or blinds looking their best.
Standard Cleaning
Every six months.
Coastal or Geothermal Environments
Every three months.
Properties exposed to sea spray or geothermal air require more frequent cleaning every three months to honour the warranty.
