Yes it has been said before and the message must be getting through - our children need protection from the suns deadly U.V rays, particularly over the most dangerous summer months. Medical experts tell us that New Zealand has one of the worst rates of melanoma, and it is our duty and responsibility to provide a safe environment for our children.

For pre-schools, kindergartens, schools and other tertiary institutions there are shelter options available such as natural shade from trees or shade cloth structures.
